We are delighted to welcome Cathy to Milton Keynes Pressings, where she joins us with a wealth of experience across HR and Health & Safety disciplines.
Cathy brings 20 years of industry experience, having worked across a diverse range of environments and organizations. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong reputation for ensuring best practice in people management, workplace safety, and compliance. Her broad background allows her to adapt quickly, understand different operational challenges, and support both employees and the business effectively.
A key strength Cathy brings to MKP is her commitment to continuous professional development. She places great importance on keeping her knowledge and qualifications fully up to date and is a firm believer in lifelong learning. By regularly building on her existing certifications, Cathy ensures she remains current with legislation, best practice, and emerging trends within HR and Health & Safety.
Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending quality time at home with her family and has a passion for interior projects, often taking on creative improvements around the house.
