Using the very latest modelling and programming software we create optimum nest and programmes for our extensive range of machinery. The facility has the very latest in laser and punching machinery, recently extended with the purchase of a 4kw fibre laser. Our press brakes are all CNC multi axis and we have fully automated panel bending capabilities. We also offer a range of welding, spot welding and assembly services.

Turret Punching
Turret punching is a sheet metal fabrication process that uses a CNC-controlled turret press to punch shapes, holes, and forms into metal sheets. This technique allows for high-speed production, consistent accuracy, and reduced material waste compared to traditional stamping methods.

Our CNC press brakes handle everything from simple 90° bends to multi-stage complex folds, including:
