Manual & Robotic Welding

From manual MIG/TIG welding to robotic and resistance welding, we deliver consistent quality, superior strength, and exceptional precision — every time. Whether you need prototypes, low-volume assemblies, or full-scale production, our team is ready to deliver reliable, high-quality welds tailored to your specifications.

Our highly skilled welding team have the ability to produce high and low volume welded assemblies utilising MIG, TIG, and robot welding cells. We can offer a range of spot and projection welding solutions with the use of floor-mounted (75 – 350KVA) and hanging gun spot welders (75 – 150 KVA)

Manual MIG/TIG Welding

Our skilled welders specialise in both MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, offering flexible solutions for a variety of metals and thicknesses.

MIG Welding Advantages:

  • Fast and efficient for thicker materials.
  • Strong, durable welds for structural components.
  • Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

TIG Welding Advantages:

  • Superior precision and clean aesthetics.
  • Ideal for thin materials and intricate assemblies.
  • Perfect for stainless steel and non-ferrous metals

Robotic Welding

For high-volume production and unmatched consistency, our robotic welding systems deliver precision and repeatability that manual welding cannot match.

  • CNC-controlled automation for accuracy.
  • Rapid cycle times and reduced labour costs.
  • Consistent weld quality across large batches.
  • Seamless integration with CAD/CAM designs.

Our robotic stations are ideal for automotive, industrial, and large-scale manufacturing applications.

Spot & Projection Welding

We offer spot and projection welding for fast, cost-effective joining of sheet metal components. Using advanced resistance welding technology, we ensure strong, clean, and uniform joints with minimal material distortion.

Applications:

  • Electrical enclosures and assemblies.
  • Automotive panels and brackets.
  • Structural and reinforcing components.

Benefits:

  • No filler materials required.
  • High production speed.
  • Reliable joint strength and conductivity.
